Summary 

The Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC) was a renovation project designed to obtain re-accreditation of the Bachelor of Arts and the Bachelor of Science in Music Education for Millersville University and to provide a state-of-art performing center to the university and community.

This report investigates the potential energy and economic benefits of the implementation of Dual Wheel DOAS and Underfloor Air Distribution. The new design aims to improve occupants' thermal comfort and room acoustics.
